CraZy RandOm LiFe – Idioms – Saturday June 9

In Life.In.Lists. by Tami Potter

Update-LIL-SAT

One of my college professors taught me that a cliche can make a great ad title (Or scrapbook page title) when used properly (which actually meant – not properly, but more in an unexpected or sarcastic way.)

I don't want to say my life is a cliche, but, I do use them a lot.

10 idioms that I've repeated:

1. Back Seat Driver (said this to my daughter recently. She responded with – she could not be a back seat driver because she was in the front seat.)

2. Actions speak louder than words.

3. Blessing in disguise.

4. It was a Piece of Cake

5. We are all In the same boat.

6. At the drop of a Hat.

7. Bite your tongue

8. Bend over backwards

9. Snap out of it!

10. Icing on the Cake.
